We're thrilled to share that Snooze Sleepover Company is entering a new chapter! As of August 15, 2025, ownership has transitioned.
This transition means more fresh themes, fresh ideas, and the same amazing service you've trusted for the past 7 years. We have put together a quick FAQ to give some information specific to the transition below.

FAQ: Snooze Sleepover Company Transition
Who owns Snooze Sleepover Company now? Snooze is now owned by Sarah, who originally founded another sleepover company called Slumber Soirees. Sarah is a local mom who is excited to combine the creativity and quality of Slumber Soirees with the trusted reputation of Snooze Sleepover Co.
Why did the ownership change? After years of building Snooze into San Antonio's premier sleepover company, Jacquelyn decided to focus on family and farm life. What does this mean for Slumber Soirées? Slumber Soirées and Snooze Sleepover Company are merging into one company under the Snooze Sleepover Co name. You'll see everything consolidated into Snooze Sleepover Co going forward.
Will my existing booking still be honored? Yes! All existing Snooze and Slumber Soirées bookings remain valid. Your deposit, package, and date are secure.
Do I need to sign a new contract? No, if you already booked, your current agreement remains in place.
What about deposits I've already paid? Deposits are still valid and will be applied to your event as originally scheduled.
Are gift certificates still valid? Yes, all unused gift certificates will continue to be honored through Snooze Sleepover Co until their printed expiration date.
Will prices or packages change? Existing bookings will keep their original pricing. New or updated packages may be introduced in the future to bring you even more themes and fun options!
What's happening to the social media pages? Our Facebook pages are merging into one: Snooze Sleepover Company. Follow us on Instagram @snoozesleepoverco_tx for the latest themes, updates, and behind-the-scenes magic.
