*All balloon prices are subject to Texas tax. We only install balloons on our tents, not on walls or backdrops. Installation is included. Please note that balloons installed outdoors may pop or oxidize due to extreme Texas heat, wind or other weather conditions and we are not responsible for balloons after they are installed and approved by the customer. If you are not present when delivery is made, approval will be automatically terminated. We will then take pictures of your setup and send to you. We will NOT be responsible for any damage or theft that may occur if you are absent for delivery. This includes returning to fix or replace any balloons. A delivery window will be provided to you however if you need a specific time please let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate you. We will NOT install balloons or deliver outdoors in rain, high winds or other dangerous weather conditions.
